PeH Solid Doors
Winprad PVC-encased-Hardwood (PeH) Solid Doors and Frames are state-of-the-art technology that provides a complete solution to all problems of conventional door systems.
The Specification
The core is made of 19mm thick BWR grade Hardwood and bonded with a 5mm thick plain PVC sheet and/or directly with a 5mm thick termite-proof, waterproof, heat-moulded PVC sheet- depending on the thickness of the sash. The stile sides are made of 15-25mm PVC baton for maximum strength and easy hardware holding and fixing features. The bottom layer is sealed completely with a 5mm thick PVC back sheet of the same finish as the top layer. The sides are painted for uniform finish.
